Is ozone in Houston made differently today than in 2000?

In this paper in review, we think so. There are far fewer radicals chemically produced now than there were then, and the rate of production is slower. Interestingly, Houston ozone production is still predominantly sensitive to the same emissions it was then. Some things change, others stay the same.
